VMware for Mac OS X will drop this week at WDC
Sheesh. I've only been waiting for this for like a fafillion years.

From an InfoWorld article
VMWare is undoubtedly going to show Vista running as a guest under Tiger.
The rest of the article doesn't necessarily demonstrate an understanding of virtualization. I wouldn't pay too much attention to some of the details in there, just the fact they were among the first to write about VMware's scheduled presence.

In any case, I'm totes excited!!

If VMware Player, VMware Workstation, or VMware Server (or all 3!) can run on Mac OS X after next week, that means a whole new population of people, many of whom are already open to playin' with stuff, will be able to dabble in the exciting world ot virtual appliances, not to mention all the other fun stuff you can do with virtualization.
