I'm one to talk, but...

The SimpleTicket demo and download were supposed to be available after Christmas. I've been looking forward to trying out this open source, web-based trouble-ticket system.

It's all vaporware at this point, but a feature mentioned on their blog: RSS feeds for tickets.
